In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

If you are experiencing issues with your desktop or laptop, please try the "Troubleshooting Guide" found on the Unity website under "Technology 1 to 1" first. The steps found there resolve most Macintosh computer problems. If you have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps and still cannot resolve the problem please provide as much detail as possible in your ticket message so we can best assist you. To update a previously submitted ticket, please use the form to the right.
